We have all dreamt big in our childhood and our young chefs Daniël and Kevin are no exception. Their dream? Having their own restaurant!
Different paths seperated these Hermanos, paths that took one to Amsterdam and the other to Haarlem. It resulted in two different styles, two different roads to the same goal.
Today, 15 years later, their childhood dream has taken shape! One restaurant where their unique mix of culinary skills and joint inspiration found in international street food results in a vibrant and colorful menu full of unexpected taste explosions.

Our menu is based on French cuisine with international touch. We use… dairy products, gluten, onion, garlic and eggs. We advise guests with these allergies not to use our kitchen. Adjusting dishes often breaks our ideas and the vision of the menu.
